All of my programmes of therapy and support are also available online, which means that they can be accessed from any location around the world.

I typically use Zoom as my video software of choice, although I am happy to accommodate alternative platforms if this is your preference. Whichever option we choose, you can be assured that the sessions will still be personal and focused.

If you are attending online therapy sessions then you may wish to consider the following hints and tips:

  • Choose a room where you are unlikely to be disturbed
  • Make sure you use a comfortable chair and can easily see your screen
  • Don't balance your laptop on your knee - try and find a suitable table or surface
  • Think about lighting - make sure the room is suitably lit, but not too bright
  • Have a glass of water at hand
  • Check your wifi signal - is it strong enough in your selected location?
  • Relax and enjoy your session - just act as if we are in the room together

My life coaching programme supports individuals who feel 'stuck' and that they can't move forward with their career, relationships or making lifestyle changes.

The tools and support that I provide is designed to broaden your perspective and open your mind. This in turn will help you to reach your goals.

The approach is up to you: some people find that life coaching is best delievered in conjunction with hypnotherapy, whilst others prefer just to have coaching.
